Using this site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t accept them, please don’t order.

We don’t hold finished stock. Each piece is printed after you order it, which is why lead times are quoted in days and why a personalised piece can’t simply be resold to someone else. This matters most for cancellations — see our Refund & Return Policy.

Because pieces are printed individually, small variations between units are normal: colour can differ slightly between filament batches, and layer lines are a visible feature of the process rather than a defect.

Adding items to your cart isn’t an order. When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy; the order is accepted when we confirm it and begin production. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a personalisation can’t be printed reliably, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we decline, you pay nothing, and anything you have already sent is returned.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter: a delivery address, a phone number, and — for personalised pieces — the exact spelling of any name or text. We print what you submit. Check the review screen before you confirm.

Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Delivery is a flat 2.000 BHD per order, anywhere in Bahrain, regardless of how many pieces are in it.

The price you pay is always recalculated by us from the current catalogue and your configuration at the moment you place the order, rather than taken from your browser. If a price displayed to you was wrong, we’ll tell you before taking payment rather than charging the wrong amount.

Payment is by BenefitPay transfer that you make yourself, from your own banking app, to the number shown on your order’s payment page. Use your order number as the transfer reference — that reference is how we match your payment to your order, and a transfer sent without it takes longer to find. We check transfers by hand. There is no card gateway on this site, and we never ask for card or bank credentials.

Production starts once payment is matched. An order that stays unpaid may be cancelled.

We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. We do not ship internationally.

Lead times shown on the site and in quotes are estimates based on the piece and the current print queue, not guarantees. We’ll tell you if something is running late.

Please give a delivery address that can actually be found — building, road, block, and city — and stay reachable on the number you give us. If a delivery fails because the address or contact details were wrong, we may need to charge again to redeliver.

A custom build request is not an order and costs nothing. You send a brief, we come back with a specification and a price, and nothing is printed or charged until you agree to it.

We’ll tell you if we can’t make something rather than accepting the job and hoping. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.

You keep ownership of anything you upload or type — a logo, a reference photo, a lithophane photo, a name on a keychain.

By sending it to us you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it printed, and you give us permission to use it for the limited purpose of quoting, producing, and delivering your order. That’s the only thing we use it for. We don’t publish customer artwork, use it in marketing, or show it as an example without asking you first.

We won’t print material that:

• ■infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark, or other rights;
• ■is unlawful, hateful, or harassing;
• ■is a functional weapon or weapon component, or anything else unlawful to manufacture;
• ■impersonates a real person, business, or official document.

If we decline a job for one of these reasons after you’ve paid, we refund it in full.

Some catalogue pieces are physical prints of designs published by other creators. Where that’s the case, the product page names the original designer and links to the original design. We sell the physical printed object; the design itself belongs to its creator, and we don’t claim it or any affiliation with the platform it was published on.

If you believe a piece we sell infringes your rights, email printedbh@gmail.com with the details and we’ll look into it.

The PRINTEDBH name, the site’s designs, photography, and text are ours or used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Linking to us is always welcome.

An account is optional — guest checkout works for everything. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site or place fraudulent orders.

We take care over the pieces we make and the information on this site. If something we send is faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll put it right — see the Refund & Return Policy.

Our products are decorative and functional consumer 3D prints. They are not certified or tested for safety-critical, medical, structural, food-contact, or load-bearing use, and you shouldn’t use them for those purposes.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Bahraini consumer protection law, or excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the “last updated” date at the top tells you which that is.
